Wellness On the Go: Stay Connected No Matter Where You Are!

Whether you’re escaping the cold or have loved ones living far away – did you know we have Wellness on the Go solutions that make it easy to stay on your wellness journey while you are away? You can take advantage of virtual Somatic Yoga or our Wellness on the Go options that use similar state-of-the-art frequency benefits that you enjoy in much of our equipment here at the center.
Our bio resonance program is a virtual program you can elect to have us run for you, concierge style or manage on your own. It was created by the same inventor that brought us the Theta Chamber, the rTMS and the frequency LED bed. If you have gained mobility, memory enhancement, or just an overall sense of vitality in our center don’t lose momentum when you travel – use these frequencies instead!
Want to dive deeper to see how these Wellness on the Go solutions would be beneficial for you? Schedule a FREE Consultation with our Wellness on the Go expert – Julie Drake!
VIRTUAL SOMATIC YOGA! Zoom with us on Tuesdays at 5:30 CST as we broadcast our Somatic Yoga. Attendees report:
Better sleep – Each morning after our classes we are met with messages about how well the attendees have slept the night before.
Calm Mind – Take a break from racing thoughts and continual reasoning.
Pain Relief – We store stress, tension and unresolved emotions in our bodies through these easy-to-follow movements your body can learn to release them and let go
At Home Solutions:
Hydrate – Winter is dry. For your organs to function properly they need water. Find a clean water source, spring water if you must do bottles, and make sure you are getting at least ½ your body weight in ounces of water each day. If you don’t drink water now work up to that amount adding a little more each day!
Breathe – practice deep diaphragm breathing. It is like a workout for the inside of your body and will help with stress and digestion. Want help? Reply to this email and we will send you a link to a tutorial
Good Food – Fresh produce can be harder to find in some climates, but frozen is a more nutritious option than canned. Pay attention to how your body responds—some “good” foods may still cause stress. If certain meals leave you feeling off, review what you ate. Need help decoding your body’s signals? Connect with Julie Drake for deep-dive coaching opportunities.
