At Advanced Innergy, we believe in resilience, transformation, and the power of pushing through life’s toughest moments. That’s why we’re beyond proud to be an official sponsor of the Peoria Rivermen—a team whose journey mirrors so much of what we stand for.

If you’ve been around Peoria long enough, you know that hockey has deep roots here—but in 2013, it nearly disappeared. In a moment that felt like something out of Shakespeare’s warning—“Beware the Ides of March”—the St. Louis Blues unexpectedly ended their affiliation with the Rivermen. Just like that, professional hockey in Peoria teetered on the edge of extinction.

“I woke up to my phone ringing off the hook and emails coming at me that there was no longer going to be a Peoria Rivermen hockey team,” recalled owner Bart Rogers. That day—March 29, 2013—could have marked the end of an era.

But Peoria isn’t a town that backs down. Bart took immediate action, made the right calls, and found a new home for the Rivermen in the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL). From there, the comeback began.

And what a comeback it’s been. The Rivermen quickly earned back-to-back regular season championships, made a run to the President’s Cup finals in 2016, and drew the highest attendance in the league for multiple seasons.

That same commitment to performance, recovery, and excellence is what brought the Rivermen team through our doors at Advanced Innergy—and our partnership was born.

Wellness Off the Ice

As part of our sponsorship, Rivermen team members have full access to our cutting-edge wellness therapies. From hyperbaric oxygen therapy to LED light beds, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy), and the Theta Chamber, the players are tapping into non-invasive, restorative technologies that help them recover faster, reduce inflammation, and perform at their peak.

And they love it here. Many of them have even recorded heartfelt testimonials, sharing how Advanced Innergy has helped them heal, recharge, and stay game-day ready.

A Shared Mission

What makes this partnership so special isn’t just the name on the jersey or the sponsor shoutout—it’s the shared mission. The Rivermen and Advanced Innergy both believe in showing up, doing the work, and staying strong—even when the odds seem stacked against you.

They’ve rebuilt a hockey legacy in Peoria. We’re helping people rebuild their energy, health, and hope.
Together, it’s a winning combination.

We’re honored to support the Rivermen —and we’ll be cheering them on with pride, knowing that behind the scenes, we’re helping fuel their strength and stamina.
Let’s go, Rivermen—and here’s to thriving, both on and off the ice.
