Who Do You Serve Here?

“Who do you serve here? Is it people who have gotten on in their years?”

This is a question we often get, and love the opportunity to clarify something important.

While many of our services are suitable for a wide range of ages – we welcome ALL of you! One of the driving factors for bringing this center to the Midwest was to provide innovative ways for those who refuse to let ‘age’ become their limiting factor.

Are you that person? Have you sought solutions for chronic pain/stiffness, fatigue or
low energy, dizziness, mood changes, sleep issues, and been told:

  • “That’s just part of getting older”
  • “It’s normal for your age – maybe try to take it easier”
  • “Well, that’s just what happens when you age, maybe it’s time for a different type
    of activity.”

Regardless of where you may currently ‘feel’ aging happening. We want to help you stay or get back to those activities that light you up. Whether you are:

  • The weekend warrior crushing HYROX competitions, tackling half or full marathons, or pushing your limits on the trails.
  • The parent, grandparent who wants to keep up, or even outpace, the kids on the field, court, or playground.
  • The professional running a business determined to stay mentally sharp, energized and at the top of your game for decades to come.

How Our LED Bed Helps

One of the ways to do that is to use our LED bed. And you may be thinking, “yeah, I know about red light therapy.”

You’re not wrong…but it goes a bit further.

What’s interesting is this type of technology is not new, and it’s not just used in wellness centers. More and more college and professional athletic programs are incorporating light therapy into their recovery protocols to help athletes heal faster and stay in the game.

In fact, A 2016 pilot study on university athletes found that 830 nm LED phototherapy reduced average return-to-play time from about 19 days to 9.6 days across a range of injuries, nearly cutting recovery time in half. Perhaps that’s why the U of I top athletes spend so much time in the University’s recovery center!

Most of us aren’t training for the next championship, yet if this level of support is trusted for high-performing athletes, why wouldn’t you use it to support your everyday strength, energy, and recovery, right here in your own backyard?

AND even more important…our LED bed is designed to allow your body to benefit from multiple layers of support working together at the same time. Rather than isolating one type of light, your body is supported by red, blue, and far infrared simultaneously, each working in its own way, but together creating an environment your body can use to recover, restore, and function at a higher level.

And from there, you can personalize your session even further by layering in specific frequency settings based on what your body may need most that day.

  • Red Light – suggested for repair and rejuvenation it helps with cellular vitality, reducing inflammation and promotes faster healing either post injury or bouncing back after an intense athletic event. It also helps skin tone and elasticity and reducing fine lines/wrinkles.
  • Blue Light – has been shown to provide strong antibacterial/viral properties creating strength in the upper layer to fight infection and repair tissues faster. Helps with acne, inflammation and smoothing the overall texture of the skin.
  • Far infrared – studies show this deep-penetrating light helps improve blood flow, enhance detoxification, relieves muscle tension/stiffness, reduce chronic pain and supports overall relaxation and recovery.

Working together, these lights support your body on multiple levels at once, helping create the kind of environment where recovery and restoration can happen more naturally.

Frequency Options too!?
Layering in a frequency during your session allows you to personalize the experience even further based on what your body may need most that day.

Some of the most common reasons people choose specific frequencies include support for:

  • Energy and circulation
  • Nervous system balance and stress
  • Focus and mental clarity
  • Hormone and cellular support
  • Muscle, joint, and connective tissue recovery
  • Brain balancing

Combining light and frequency supports your body in a way that goes beyond what you can consciously “try” to fix.

Many people leave their session feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more like themselves again.

And sometimes, we hear clients talking about feedback they get “You’re walking taller.”

Hormone Harmony Before Symptoms Escalate

Hormonal issues affect both men and women, but they often show up differently due to the primary hormones involved (testosterone for men, estrogen/progesterone for women) and life stages. Symptoms can overlap such as fatigue, mood changes, low energy, brain fog, sleep issues, weight shifts, but the patterns and “classic” signs vary.

How Hormonal Issues show up in Men

  • Fatigue/Low Energy – Persistent tiredness, even after good sleep; lack of drive for workouts or daily tasks.
  • Body Composition Changes – Loss of muscle mass/strength, increased belly fat or body fat overall, despite efforts.
  • Mood and Mental Changes – Irritability, mood swings, depression-like feelings, brain fog, trouble concentrating or low motivation/confidence.
  • Other Physical Signs – Reduced body/facial hair, breast tenderness/enlargement (gynecomastia), shrinking testicles, or bone density loss (higher fracture risk over time), Hot flashes/sweats (less common)

Many men attribute these symptoms to stress, work or simply aging, but it’s often the body’s signal for support.

How Hormonal Issues show up in Women

  1. Irregular Periods – Heavier/lighter flow, skipped cycles, or unpredictable timing (often the first sign).
  2. Hot Flashes/Night Sweats – Sudden heat waves, chills, or drenching sweats disrupting sleep.
  3. Mood and Emotional Shifts – Irritability, anxiety, mood swings, low mood/depression, or feeling overwhelmed.
  4. Sleep Problems – Insomnia, choppy sleep, or waking unrefreshed (often tied to night sweats).
  5. Physical Changes – weight gain (especially midsection), thinning hair, dry skin, brain fog/memory issues, joint aches, or low libido.
  6. Other – Fatigue, headaches/migraines, or breast tenderness.

These types of changes can feel like a ‘rollercoaster’ – overwhelming and disruptive, especially when tied to cycle changes or life transitions.

AT THE CENTER:

Here we understand you, both men and women’s bodies communicate through these challenges a little bit differently, but our natural tools can help restore and regulate through these seasons.

  • Theta Chamber – Start wiring new improved neuro pathways with the Theta, even on a specific hormone setting geared toward helping the brain centers of the body send proper hormone regulating signals to the rest of the body
  • LED Bed – our bed has red, blue, far infrared and frequency settingsUsing frequency foundations to again send signals to the body on balancing hormone sensors in the body while the light therapy recharges the cells to bring overall balance and vitality.
  • Hyperbaric Chamber – Oxygen boosts brain cells helping everything flow better and help with overall tissue regeneration and vitality throughout the body.
  • rTMS and Hydrogen – Start the new neuropathway stimulation with the Theta and help it integrate with the rTMS electromagnetic session while breathing hydrogen which many say helps with their brain fog and energy.

The Power of Hormone Balance: Unlocking Your Body’s Natural Harmony

The Power of Hormone Balance

At Advanced Innergy, we believe in a holistic approach to wellness, and one key area that often impacts how you feel is hormone balance. Hormones regulate everything from mood and energy to digestion, sleep, and metabolism. When your hormones are balanced, you feel aligned, energized, and at peace. However, an imbalance can cause fatigue, stress, weight changes, and mood fluctuations.

So how can you tell if your hormones are out of sync, and what steps can you take to bring them back into balance?

Signs of Hormonal Imbalance

Hormonal imbalances can appear in various ways, such as:

    • Chronic fatigue
    • Mood swings, anxiety, or feelings of depression
    • Difficulty managing weight
    • Disrupted sleep patterns
    • Low libido
    • Skin problems like acne or dryness

If any of these symptoms resonate with you, it’s possible your hormones are out of balance.

Simple Steps to Balance Your Hormones Naturally

While holistic treatments can provide deep support, there are many things you can do on your own to promote hormone balance:

  1. Prioritize Quality Sleep: Sleep is essential for hormone regulation. Aim for 7–9 hours of quality sleep each night. Try to maintain a consistent sleep schedule, avoid screens before bed, and create a calming bedtime routine. A lack of sleep raises cortisol levels, which can throw other hormones out of balance.
  2. Eat Healthy Fats: Healthy fats are critical for hormone production. Incorporate omega-3 rich foods like salmon, walnuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds into your diet. Coconut oil, avocados, and olive oil are also great sources of healthy fats that support hormone health.
  3. Manage Stress: Chronic stress leads to high cortisol levels, which disrupt hormone balance. Try stress-relief practices like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises. Even a few minutes a day can help regulate cortisol and other stress hormones.
  4. Exercise Regularly, but Don’t Overdo It: Moderate exercise supports hormonal health by reducing cortisol and boosting endorphins and dopamine. However, over-exercising can have the opposite effect, increasing stress hormones. Aim for balanced activities like walking, strength training, or yoga.
  5. Support Your Gut Health: Your gut plays a significant role in hormone regulation, so eating for gut health is essential. Focus on fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and include fermented foods like yogurt, kimchi, or sauerkraut, which are rich in probiotics.
  6. Stay Hydrated: Dehydration can lead to increased cortisol levels. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day is a simple yet powerful way to keep your hormones in balance.
  7. Reduce Exposure to Endocrine Disruptors: Avoid exposure to chemicals like BPA, phthalates, and parabens found in plastics, cosmetics, and cleaning products. These chemicals can mimic hormones and disrupt your endocrine system.

Advanced Innergy Therapies for Deeper Hormone Balance

In addition to these lifestyle changes, Advanced Innergy offers cutting-edge therapies designed to help your body find hormonal equilibrium:

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): Oxygen is vital for cellular healing and hormone production. HBOT enhances oxygen flow throughout your body, boosting your body’s ability to balance its hormones.

Theta Bed: Stress is one of the most common causes of hormone imbalances, especially in cortisol and thyroid hormones. The Theta Bed helps you deeply relax, recalibrating your nervous system and promoting balance.

LED Light Therapy: Light therapy is a powerful way to regulate your body’s production of serotonin and melatonin, hormones crucial for mood stability and sleep quality.

Hydrogen Therapy: Hydrogen therapy has potent antioxidant effects, reducing oxidative stress and inflammation, which are often at the root of hormonal imbalances.

The Path to Hormone Harmony

Balancing your hormones is not about a quick fix—it’s about creating harmony within your body. By incorporating these simple lifestyle changes and utilizing the advanced tools we offer at Advanced Innergy, you can support your body’s natural hormone cycles and feel more balanced, vibrant, and in control of your health.
